CWA-Envoy Tentative Agreement: Teletown Hall and New Details

On June 21, our bargaining team reached a tentative agreement (TA) with Envoy which raises wages, establishes work rules, and improves benefits and job security over the previous TA. The agreement also includes a ratification and retention bonus based on each agent’s years of service in recognition of the time spent in negotiations and to encourage retention.

After workers rejected the first TA earlier this year, we listened to your concerns and focused on the issues you said were most important to you. Envoy agents across the U.S. stepped up and took action to show the company we're united and willing to fight for our rights. Your actions made a difference.

Now it's time to get informed about the TA and vote on ratification. Agents who've signed a CWA membership card will vote on whether or not to approve the agreement. We will share information about the voting timeline and process soon.

Click here to review a summary of the TA and the wage tables. We will be updating the Envoy Agents website frequently with more information about the agreement, a schedule of station meetings with members of the bargaining team, and information about the voting process.

We're holding a teletown hall with the bargaining team on Wednesday, June 26, at 8:30pm EST so that you can learn more about the tentative agreement and get your questions answered.

Click here to RSVP for the call or text EnvoyCall to 69866. We'll call you shortly before the call begins to connect you.

This agreement represents the hard work of our bargaining team and every member who stood up for a fair deal. Our bargaining team supports the agreement and we encourage you to vote for ratification. Together we will keep fighting for a better future at Envoy.
