In March, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan, which extended the Payroll Support Program (PSP) through September 30, 2021, keeping passenger service agents and other aviation workers connected to our essential jobs and healthcare. The next legislation we need Congress to pass in order to help all working families is the Protecting Our Right to Organize Act, also known as the PRO Act,
As travel opens up after the lockdowns and quarantines of 2020, reports from every region of the country about incidents of unruly and sometimes violent behavior by passengers are on the rise. CWA is working with other unions, lawmakers, the FAA, DOT, and airline management to find solutions to this urgent issue.
Many Leads transitioned to the L1 title after our contract was ratified, but the duties are different. L1s are managers and cannot work in the bargaining unit as Leads do. Please help protect our jobs by taking a short survey.

On May 26th and 27th, your bargaining committee met with the Envoy bargaining committee. The meeting started with the company presenting counter proposals on purpose of agreement, probation and safety and health.

APRIL 28, 2016 On April 27 and 28, your elected Bargaining Committee and staff met with the Envoy Bargaining Committee in Dallas at company headquarters. The CWA bargaining team includes:

Congratulations to Envoy agents who won the 2015 Presidents award. Agents were nominated by their peers and chosen as winners because they "routinely exceed company goals, surpass expectations and consistently put in the extra effort". The duties of Council members are to: •Attend meeting on Feb. 23 & 24 in Dallas to review bargaining survey results and elect the bargaining team that will meet with the company to negotiate the contract. •Work with the bargaining team to make sure agents stay informed and involved throughout the bargaining process. •Help build mobilizing/organizing committees at the stations they cover. •Participate in conferences calls with the bargaining team and regional meetings to keep their stations up to date about negotiations.
